A collaborative relationship with the therapist resulting in the acquisition or enhancement of skills that lead to an improvement in all areas of life.

Therapy sessions are generally one hour in length. The frequency and amount of sessions needed will be determined by your particular situation and the therapist’s recommendation. This will be discussed during the first session and can be revisited throughout the course of treatment.
During therapy, you will be able to:

  • Communicate your history (personal and medical).
  • Be vulnerable and transparent in communicating your information or when a question is asked. Remember, this is safe environment to share your feelings, emotions, and thoughts without condemnation or judgement.
  • Learn how to recognize and acknowledge your issues and commit to putting in the work to achieve a state of wellness.
